Gridline Lite is a lightweight free version of Gridline News, a paid premium WordPress theme by Thad Allender of Graph Paper Press. This version (also) utilizes Blueprint CSS framework, which helps create grid-based sites. This minimalist theme has a large content area on the left, two full right sidebars and bottombar with widget support. The theme displays the most recent post on the top, followed by five recently posted stories listed in offset backgrounds below. This theme makes for a good starting theme for customization projects or for use as is. If you are looking for a good minimal theme that also follows a perfect grid, this is the theme for you.
