Bersih is my 12th WordPress Theme released for the community, my 13th is coming up soon (my current theme) and i might than consider entering the “Premium Theme” arena as well.Bersih means “clean” in malay and that’s what this theme is about.
Bersih Theme
Bersih is a minimalistic 2 column widget and adsense ready theme, the idea for the theme was to appeal to bloggers who prefer simplicity as there are already tons of feature heavy theme out there.
The Bersih theme will run out of the box and there’s no need of additional plugins to make it work, one thing you will notice is the “Featured” section post right on top in blue, all you have to do is create a category called “Featured” and assign a post to it and that post will automatically be on top, easy as pie no?
It comes adsense ready (160×600) and you can replace the codes in sidebar.php,I’ve also added a drop shadow (javascript) for the post title in the “Featured” post on the frontpage.
Personally i think this theme would work really well for personal blogs, PLR and Affiliate type blogs and with a little tweak it could work well for a Tech Blog.

The Bersih theme is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0.The 2 links in the footer (Wedding Entertainment & Estate Agents London) must remain intact, you can however remove my link (Bersih Theme).
